Seated Wide Knees to Elbow

Sit with your feet as far apart as comfortable. Raise your left knee as high as comfortable and try to touch your rising left knee with your right elbow. Alternate to your left elbow touching your rising right knee. Repeat for 30-60 seconds.
Variations:
  • Rotate between slow motion, your normal speed or double time speed.
  • After touching your knee with your elbow, extend your leg and reach for your foot with your hand.
  • Touch the same knee twice before alternating to the other side.
