| Step to your left with your left foot and place your right foot on the inside of your left knee. Turn your right knee outward and keep your support foot flat and facing forward. Pause for 5 seconds. Step right with your right foot and place your left foot on the inside of your right knee. Turn your right knee outward and keep your support foot flat and facing forward. Pause for 5 seconds. Alternate for 30 seconds. Perform this exercise in the water although the model is on the deck. | |||||
