Stair Heel Slides |

| Sit on the steps, in waist deep water, with your back against the pool wall. Slide your R (recovering leg) heel backward toward your body. Keep the heel flat as you bring it closer, bending the R knee as much as comfortable. Pause and allow the heel to slide back to the starting position, and pause. Move slowly and repeat 10-12 times. | |||||
