Wall Fall Flat on Your Face |

| Stand about 3-4 feet away from the pool wall. Hold your hands wider than your shoulders and extend your arms forward to full extension. Fall forward and lean on the wall as you keep your back straight and your heels on the floor. Pause and hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat. |
| Variations: |
- Attempt the same motion with one foot on the floor. Alternate.
- Attempt the same motion with one hand leaning on the wall - your hand must be placed on the wall directly across from the center of your chest. Alternate.
