Hand and Foot Side

Begin with your feet together and your hands by your sides. Step left with your left foot and extend out to the left side with your left hand. Return to the beginning position. Step right with your right foot and extend out to the right side with your right hand. Return to the beginning position. Continue alternating hand and foot to left and right sides for 30-45 seconds. Place your heel down on the floor with each step.
Variations:
  • Travel forward, backward or to the sides.
  • Perform with slow speed, normal speed or double time speed.
  • Use barbells or gloves for additional resistance and greater intensity.
  • Land twice in the same position before alternating.
