Three Steps Kick to the Front

In a jogging style, hop on your left foot, your right foot, and your left foot again. As you land on your left foot the second time, kick your fully extended right leg forward. Land on your right foot, hop on your left foot and then your right foot again. As you land on your right foot the second time, kick your fully extended left leg forward. Continue alternating three steps with a kick to the front. Remember to place your heels down and bend your knees with each move.
Variations:
  • As your leg is kicking forward, extend one or both of your arms forward.
  • Place your hands palm side up or palm side down.
